Thank Lund Bunch for taking us out fishing and out for A&W after!! We has such a great time... Shawn you just amaze me in what a great fisherman you are!! Reeling in one after another... i even caught a northern one of my favorite fish to fish for!!!

I always pray for all the riders and myself before every ride but I said a little extra prayer in this race to just let go and have FAITH that God would give me the courage to ride like I can down these crazy hills!!! AMAZING how a little faith can go a long way! :)

So proud of the amazing Mama's and Papas I know that inspire their brave little ones to get out and race too!! SO INPIRING and SO fun to watch!!!

Great job to all the riders out there!!! Proud of Peter, Aaron, Mike and Gena and all the other amazing athletes out there so wonderful to be surrounded by so many that share the same love of this AWESOME sport!! Thanks Heather Jokinen and Gena Sandor for all the awesome pics!! :)

Root Beer kids Triathlon 2011

I am SO proud of ALL these kiddos Ashley, Austin, Mea, Brady and Skyler for ROCKING their first of many more triathlons!!
I was SO proud of Grace once again LOVING every minute of the race and even taking second in her age group 7 years and under for girls, and 8th overall, she was given a award that is in a frame in her room that she is VERY proud of!! Such a determined and focused girl she is for these races!!! She wished the swim was longer and in deeper water... they could only swim about 35 meters before their knees hit the ground!

Back in the Saddle.

Jeff and I LOVE any minute we can sneak away on a ride together. We sure enjoy this evening of cooler weather BUG free ride in the sunset!! My sisters family came up for the weekend and we had such a wonderful time!! I just LOVE every minute we are all given with each other!!!

We are SO happy whenever the Stevens family comes to visit!! They are LONG time friends from college and our kids are equally as close!! Whata true BLESSING it is to have friends like this!! We met up on Madeline Island and then they came back to stay at our house!!

The Lagoon was SO beautiful... kayaker, canoes, and stand up paddle borads were having a great time down here with the current!!
