Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same. ~Flavia Weedn
You make the world a happier place Jen~We love you!
Happy, Happy Birthday!

Grace was so cute the yesterday night. Every night we have about the same routine, bath, lotion, pj's, warm milk, and watch Little House on the Prairie with Dad, read 2 books, talk about favorite parts of the day, pray and bed. Tonight when we were talking about her favorite part of the day she jumped up to perform a new song she just learned in preschool. It was so cute we had her do it again so Nana and Papa could see!

It has been so great watching Ava grow and develop a very sweet and humours personality! She has been crawling and exploring everything.
She has 6 teeth now, and still loves to smile! She is a bit more cautious than our first born. She really responds to what we say to her. She wants to please!
Ava knows who everyone in the family is and will point to them in pictures! She can really bebop when there is a good song on! The thing I think is the cutest about her is the way she interacts with Grace! She just watches her in awe!!!

We were able to see the Bright Cosmic Frown also. The planets Jupiter and Venus briefly aligned to form (nearly upside down) two eyes and a frowning mouth in the southwest sky. From what I read its what's called a planetary conjunction, the two planets —the brightest in the night sky —appear extremely close, separated by only the width of a finger held at arm's length. They won't be this close together and well-placed for evening viewing again until May 2013. In fact, some astronomers think a similar alignment of the planets on June 17 in the year 2 BC is behind biblical accounts of the Star of Bethlehem present during Christ's birth. The bright planets would have appeared so close together they could have been taken as a single shining star.
