Adelines 5th Birthday Party

Pretzel Time

Grace was in charge of Wednesday snack at school. When I asked her what she wanted to bring she said pretzels, so we made our own! It was a lot of fun and oh so yummy!

New Life!

Jeff and Grandpa Joe have been gone this week and Grace, Ava, and I were left in charge of the farm! It has been an exciting week with the first calf arriving Wednesday evening and the second calf arrived today! It is one our favorite things to see in the spring! Here is baby Hazelnut.

Ava Potty Trained!

I took this picture a couple months ago, at the risk of posting this too soon we waited. I think it is safe to say my baby Ava is potty trained. She still wears a diaper to bed but she is waking up relatively dry! :) It does make me a little sad to think she is growing up too fast, but not having to deal with diapers is so nice!

Bunnies!

There is a new pet to welcome on our ranch~ bunnies, and they are ever so sweet!!! Grace has named hers Swizzle!

We are so happy for our good friends the Lunds! On Thursday morning they welcomed a sweet new baby girl, Laura Lou into their amazing family! Adeline and Josie could not be more proud to be big sisters to this adorable baby girl! We love you guys and congratulations!

Happy First Day of Spring!

A tradition of painting bird houses for springs arrival has been one of our favorites. Grace was extra excited to see there was a pirate bird house! She is hoping there is a bird that likes to sail! : )

St. Patty's Day brought all kinds of crazy

Leprechaun fun, green milk, a trail of Leprechaun gold dust to a pot of treats including Lucky Charms for breakfast ( which we never get to have), and even green jems in the mud again! We even dressed in green for the day!

Ski Obstacle Course 2010

We have been working on trying to get this course done for Grace since she finished the Barniebirkie and with the melting snow it has been hard to say the least! Jeff, Alex, Amy and I made it happen last night. We were able to figure out a way to groom the snow and lay the tracks and let it freeze over night to finish in the morning! All the HARD work paid off! What a day of fun it was! It should last for a while if it keeps freezing at night! :)
