1. I have a hard time sitting still for too long, my parents have said it is just a faze but I think after 31 years it is safe to say I might have ADD!
2. I have 2 remarkable girls who make me truly understand they are Gods gift ~because I never did anything in this life to deserve such!
3. I have been happily married to the love of my life for just shy of ten years!!! I am so lucky to have found someone that I enjoy spending everyday with. Yes-- if I could do it all again I would in a heartbeat!
4. I want to compete in a triathlon, and the “Fat Tire” mountain bike race sometime soon before my knees stop working!
5. I love to be active and get others to be active too! There is nothing that makes me happier than seeing someone find the love of exercising. That must be why I went into physical education?
6. The fall is my favorite time of the year... but I have found the joy in each season and I am learning to enjoy each to the fullest!
7. I am scared of riding horse but I love it too much to ever stop! Weird I know it is one of those love/fear relationships!
8. I was never allowed to date, dance, or drive until the ripe age of 18! I know sheltered! But I am thankful for such caring and loving parents and I understand now after having 2 girls why...
9. I have the awful looking feet! Years of losing toenails to running and volleyball to blame for that. Thank the Lord for socks!!!
10. I am WSI(Water Safety Instructor) certified~ a LONG week of 8 hour days in a swimming pool!
11. I have always loved being outside! I have many wonderful memories of years camping, hiking, canoeing, dog sledding, boating, skiing, biking, you name it we did it! Thank you mom and dad for teaching me how to love the outdoors!
12. I love astronomy! The stars really fascinate me and always have.
13. I love family! I am very close to my parents and brothers and sister. It makes me happy to be around them and to watch my sister's children and mine grow to love each other also!
14. I like snowshoeing, skating, and skiing in the winter! And I love to try new sports -this year I have learned to skate ski! It is a work in progress but I love it! Next on the list is snow boarding, then skijoring...
15. I love Grace and Ava's laugh it is intoxicating!
16. I was called showy by someone who did not know me very well but if they would have taken the chance to get to know me they would see I just really enjoy making people happy with no strings attached! Especially the select few I call my true friends and my family! (I have learned that true friends are very rare and should be never taken for granted!)
17. I gave up teaching Physical Education and 8th grade Heath at Bayfield School to raise my children. It was a job I loved very much! I am so happy I made the choice I did because I enjoy ever moment I am blessed with to raise my children even more than teaching!
18. I like to be alone more than I like to be with people- but I still love to be with people!
19. I want to take care of myself so I can be the type of grandparent that can keep up and have fun with their grandchildren!
20. I have glasses I am supposed to wear when I read, but hardly ever wear them.
21. I am very headstrong and enjoy challenges!22. I love teaching phy ed and heath but I may not go back to teaching when my children are in school. I may pursue a different calling TBA...
23. I really enjoy coaching. I was a head volleyball coach in Bayfield and I was a head coach for Ashland boys track team and Jeff was my assistant coach right before I had Grace! I will coach again someday and would love to coach with Jeff too-we made a great team!
24. I love to travel and see new things. The best thing now for me is seeing my girls reaction to the world outside of our small town.
25. I am a glass half -full type of person!

had her birthday party on Saturday afternoon! It was a snow princess theme and we went sledding all day ! It was a blast!
My parents gave all the grand kids snowshoes!!! They absolutely loved them! Can't wait for everyone to come out to our place and use them to explore the woods and find deer sheds!
Grandpa Joe has been giving Grace rides in same box since she was old enough to sit up. It has been her favorite thing and now Ava and Joseph have liking to it! They all cry when they have to get out! These pics are from last week!

I caught Jeff and Grace playing with my make up yesterday evening! I don't think I will be letting them leave the house any time soon!!!
Hannah spent the night at the vet Thursday night. She had to be spayed. It was very hard on Grace... she thought Hannah was only going in for a check up! When Jeff brought her home on Friday it was a very happy reunion! She is already a big part of our family!
Grace loves to do brave and daring things!!!
We had the best day skating today as a family! It was a first for Grace and Ava. I have only skated a handful of times! Jeff was such a patient coach!
